Open Merksem......25-05-2024
Zaterdag 25 mei meegedaan aan het Open Merksen 2024.
Scorend ging het boven elke verwachting, echter lieten de dubbels me in de poulefase een beetje in de steek.
In de poulefase verlies ik 2 van de 3 partijen waardoor ik in de B ronde kwam.
Hier gingen eindelijk de dubbels beter vallen waardoor ik uiteindelijk ben geeindigd in de kwartfinale......
Laatste 64 had ik een bye....
Laatste 32 gewonnen met 2-0
Laatste 16 gewonnen met 2-0Kwartfinale verloren met 2-1....
In totaal 13 x 180 gegooid.
2 x een leg in 15 darts.
1 x een leg in 13 darts.
Hopen dat ik dit kan doortrekken in het volgende toernooi op 29 en 30 juni in Westervoort en dat dan de dubbels ook beter gaan vallen
Win Casino Benelux Open.....05-05-2024
Zondag 5 mei stond de Win Casino Benelux Open 2024 op het programma met 67 deelnemers,
in de poule win ik al mijn partiijen en door in de A ronde
Laatste 64 had ik een bye.
Laatste 32 gewonnen met 3-0
Laatste 16 gewonnen met 3-2
Kwart finale helaas met 4-0 verloren
In de 1e leg die ik heel sterk begon heb ik wel kansen gehad op de dubbels maar helaas zaten deze er net naast.....
De rest van de partij kon ik redelijk bij blijven en kwam wel telkens op een finish maar kon geen legs winnen
Al met al weer lekker gespeeld en toch weer een Kwart finale.......en deze keer weer in de A ronde.
Op naar zaterdag 25 mei voor het open Merksem.
Benelux Darts Masters.......04-05-2024
Afgelopen Zaterdag 4 mei stond de Benelux Darts Masters op het programma met 101 deelnemers,
Had best een pittige poule en wist slechts 1 van mijn partijen met 3-2 te winnen.
Hierdoor kwam ik in de B ronde terecht.
Laatste 32 gewonnen met 2-1
Laatste 16 gewonnen met 2-0
Kwart finale helaas met 3-0 verloren
wel telkens op een finish maar mijn tegenstander gooide hem uit voor ik een kans kreeg.
Al met al weer lekker gespeeld en toch weer eens een Kwart finale........
Op naar zondag.
Open Peelland 2024.......20-04-2024
Zaterdag 20 april het open Peelland gegooid in 't Ridderhof te Gemert.
In de poule win ik al mijn partijen en ben door in de winnaarsronde.
laatste 64 had ik een bye
Laatste 32 helaas met 3-0 verloren...
kon niet meer in mijn spel komen maar al met al wel een goede dag gehad en lekker staan gooien...
Pastoor Ranking.......17-01-2024
Last minute nog meegedaan bij de Pastoor ranking in Etten-Leur met 40 deelnemersverdeeld over 8 poules van 5 spelers.
In een poule werd ik 2e dus door in de winnaarsronde.
Laatste 16 win ik met 3-1 van Vincent Nouws
Kwartfinale win ik met 3-0 van Dave van den Luitgaarden
Halve finale win ik met 3-1 van Umut Ayna
Finale gewonnen met 5-1 van Joey Smout
1x 180 en een 120 finish in de finale.
Al met al weer eens lekker staan gooien
Mooi opwarmertje voor volgende week.......
Zeeland darts masters en darts championship........13/14 -01- 2024
Afgelopen weekend weer 2 mooie toernooien kunnen doen bij sterkdarts.....
Zaterdag 13 -01 stond de Zeeland darts Championship heren single op het programma met 101 deelnemers.De dag startte goed en win in de poule 2 partijen waardoor ik door was in de A ronde.Laatste 64 win ik met 3-2Laatste 32 win ik met 3-0Laatste 16 verloren met 3-1
Toch weer een mooi resultaat behaald.
Zondag 14-01 stond de Zeeland Darts Masters Heren Single op het programma met 63 deelnemers.
Vandaag begon de dag iets minder.......2 partijen eindigen in een 3-2 verlies en 1 in 3-0.......vandaag kwam ik niet lekker in mijn ritme en miste net teveel dubbels om de partij te winnen........
helaas verder in de B ronde (wat overigens ook gewoon een ronde is).
Meteen de 1e partij bij de laatste 32 verlies ik met 2-0.
hoe hard ik ook mijn best deed....kreeg mijn pijlen niet in de goede blokken geraakt.
al met al toch een mooi weekend gehad en over het algemeen tevreden.
Op naar de volgende op 2 en 3 maart en dan weer nieuwe kansen
Asteria Nieuwjaarstoernooi en Open Venray..........5/6/7 - 01- 2024
Wegens ziek zijn nog even een kort verslagje van vorig weekend waar ik aan het Asteria Nieuwjaars Darttoernooi 2024 heb deelgenomen......
Vrijdag avond stond het koppeltoernooi op het programma met 128 koppels.
Hier samen met mijn maatje en teamgenoot Rayno Sulkers aan meegedaan.
Helaas vielen de (belangrijke) dubbels niet naar onze kant en werden we 4e in de poule.
In de knockout van de B ronde liep het scorend wel goed maar weer de dubbels die niet wilde vallen
Dus gestrand bij de laatste 64.
Zaterdag stond het Asteria nieuwjaars dartstoernooi Heren singles op het menu met 256 deelnemers.
Hier ging het dan weer een stuk beter...zowel scorend als dubbels en werd ik 2e in de poule.
In de A ronde bij de laatste 128 kon ik van een 2-0 achterstand nog wel een leg pakken maar om de 2-2 te maken miste ik helaas 2 pijlen op de dubbel die meteen werd afgestraft door mijn tegenstander die de 3-1 wist te maken.
Zondag stond het Open Venray op het programma met 128 deelnemers....
Hier werd ik 1e in de poule dus weer door in de A ronde
Bij de laatste 64 begon het lange weekend zijn tol te eisen en kwam ik door wat dubbels te missen met 2-0 achter....
Wist me terug in de partij te gooien en er 2-2 van te maken....
De beslissende leg valt mijn laatste pijl uit de dubbel en verlies daardoor de partij....gestrand bij de laatste 64.....
Na lange tijd van ups en downs toch eindelijk weer eens lekker staan gooien en weer een fantastisch weekend gehad....
Uiteraard met dank aan mijn vrouw Priscilla dat ze achter me staat en Rayno dat hij met me wilde koppelen.

Cuesoul Belfry Open en Brugges Open........7/8-10-2023
Zaterdag 7-10-2023 stond het Cuesoul Belfry Open op het programma…..
Laatste 512 had ik een bye.
Laatste 256 helaas verloren van de nr 57 van de WDF wereldranglijst.
Zondag 08-10-2023stond het Cuesoul Brugges Open op het programma….
Laatste 512 gewonnen met 4-2 met een goed spel en hoge scores en finishes.
Laatste 256 verloren met 4-3…..in de 1e leg mis ik een 110 finish om 1-0 voor te komen en kom 3-0 achter.
Mezelf terug in de wedstrijd gevochten door vervolgens 2x een 14 darter te gooien en een 15 darter.
In de beslissende leg was het gevecht tevergeefs en viel het allemaal net niet….mis hier uiteindelijk de bull om uit te gooien waarop mijn tegenstander zijn leg wel uitgooid……
Al met al wel 2 goede partijen gegooid en op naar het volgende toernooi op 26 en 26 november in Sluis.
Open Merksem 2023.........10-06-2023
Vandaag Open Merksem gegooid.....met een deelnemersveld van ruim 200 deelnemers.
In de poule win ik al mijn partijen waardoor ik 1e was in de poule en door in de A ronde.
Laatste 128 gewonnen met 3-1 van Remco Den Tek
Laatste 64 gewonnen met 3-2 van Danny Horremans
Laatste 32 gewonnen met 3-0 van Ronny Blom.
Laatste 16 helaas verloren met 4-3 van Kevin Belmans.
Al met al een hele mooie dag gehad en mooie partijen gespeeld.

Win Casino Benelux Open 2023..........28/29/30 - 04-2023
Afgelopen weekend deelgenomen aan het win casino Benelux open,
Vrijdag avond 28-04 stond het mix koppel op het programma
Samen met mijn vrouw Priscilla deelgenomen.
in de poulefase winnen we 2 van de 3 partijen en komen daardoor in de A ronde.
hier stonden we scorend wel goed te gooien maar miste in een beslissende leg een paar dubbels waardoor we helaas verloren met 3-2
Hierdoor eindigde we bij de laatste 16.

Zaterdag 29-04 stond het heren single op het programma,
In de poule win ik 2 van de 3 partijen en hierdoor weer door in de A ronde.
Laatste 64 helaas verloren met 3-2 maar wel goed staan gooien.

Zondag 30-04 stond het 2e heren single op het programma,
Win wederom in de poule 2 van de 3 partijen waardoor ik weer door ben in de A ronde.
hier bij de laatste 64 een bye en door naar de laaste 32 ondanks een heel goed spel met hoge gemiddeldes verloren door het missen van veel dubbels (wilde maar niet lukken).
Maar uiterst tevreden met mijn spel.
Al met al een geweldig weekend gehad met mooie resultaten en goed spel.
op naar het volgende toernooi op 20 en 21 mei.
Sterkdarts Classic en Masters..............04/05 -03-2023
Zaterdag 4 maart 2023 stond de sterkdarts Classic op het programma.
Het toernooi starte om 12:30 uur met in totaal 87 heren.
In de poule win ik 2 van de 3 partijen en dus door naar de winnaarsronde.
Bij de laatste 64 verlies ik doordat ik totaal niet in mijn spel kan komen mijn partij met 3-1.
's Avonds stond de Sterkdarts Classic koppels op het programma.
dat ik samen met Patrick Raassens heb gegooid.
Het toernooi starte om 19:30 uur met 44 koppels.
In de poule winnen we 2 van de 3 partijen en zijn door naar de winnaarsronde.
Laatste 32 gewonnen met 3-2
Laatste 16 verloren met 3-2.

Zondag 5 maart stond de Sterkdarts Masters op het programma.
Het toernooi starte om 12:30 uur met 103 heren.
In de poule win ik al mijn partijen en door naar de winnaarsronde.

Laatste 32.......verlies ik met 3-0 tegen een zeer sterk spelende Philip van Grasse.
Al met al een geweildig weekend gehad waarin ik mooie resultaten heb behaald en lekker heb staan gooien.
Ook met mooie partijen en helaas ook wat mindere partijen.
een bedankje aan de organisatie voor het mogelijk maken van deze toernooien en aan mijn maatje Patrick Raassens dat hij de koppels wilde gooien met me.
Ook bedank ik mijn vrouw Priscilla die het steeds weer mogelijk maakt dat ik kan deelnemen en achter me staat.

Gelderland open 2023 gegooit......
Na een langzame start van de dag 2e plaats in de poule waardoor ik in de winnaarsronde stond......

Laatste 16 verloren met 3-0
Voor vandaag dik tevreden met mijn spel met een paar partijen met hoge gemiddeldes.
Weer op naar de volgende op 28 April voor het Benelux Open 2023.

Deelgenomen aan de Toto Dutch Open Darts,
Op vrijdag avond stonden de koppels op het programma.
Laatste 2048 hadden we een bye.
Laatste 1024 gewonnen met 3-0
Laatste 512 gewonnen met 3-0
Laatse 256 Sheet finale met 3-1 verloren
Al met al wel redelijk gegooid alhoewel het altijd beter kan...
Op zaterdag 28-01 stond het single toernooi op het programma.
Laatste 4096 Gewonnen met 3-1
Laatste 2048 Gewonnen met 3-1
Laatste 1024 Gewonnen met 3-0
Laatste 512 Gewonnen met 3-2
Laatste 256 Sheet finale verloren met 3-0.
Helaas was in de sheetfinale het vat leeg.....heb er wel om gestreden maar mijn tegenstander stond zeer goed en constant te gooien.
Al met al een zeer geslaagd weekend en een geslaagd toernooi gegooid.
tevreden met de behaalde resultaten en weer op naar het volgende toernooi.
En weer een bedankje aan mijn vrouw want zonder haar steun en support stond ik hier niet

Vandaag Dijckerhoek Open gegooid met 162 deelnemers
In een toch wel pittige poule 1 partij gewonnen met 3-1 en 2 verloren met 3-1.....
Verder in de verliezersronde (B-ronde)

Laatste 64, kwam tegenstander niet opdagen.
Laatste 32, gewonnen met 3-2
Laatste 16, helaas verloren met 3-1
Dubbels vielen al wel een stuk beter maar her en der toch wat gemist.....
Al met al weer tevreden met mijn spel en op naar de volgende.
Mijn vrouw Priscilla Bogers bedankt dat je er weer bij was en dat je achter me staat.
Open Venray Heren Singles..........08-01-2023
Venray open gegooid vandaag,
Wederom wilde de pijlen in de poulefase niet gunstig vallen en verlies al mijn partijen, Wel kansen gekregen maar niet benut dus weer naar de verliezersronde......
Laatste 64 had ik een bye.
Laatste 32 win ik met 3-1.
Laatste 16 komt tegenstander niet opdagen.
Kwartfinale verlies ik met 3-0 van een hele sterk spelende Jeffrey Kieft.
Helaas net voor de halve finale uitgeschakeld maar toch weer een leuk toernooi gehad en tevreden afgesloten.
Priscilla Bogers Van Pelt dankjewel weer voor je support want zonder jou stond ik hier niet....

Kwartfinale met 3-1 gewonnen.
Halve finale helaas met 3-1 verloren.
Helaas was het in de halve finale op.
Al met al toch lekker staan gooien en ben tevreden met het behaalde resultaat.
Morgen open Venray en eens zien hoe ver we daar weer komen...........

Asteria New Year's Dart Tournament 2023 Men's Singles Thrown......
In the group it didn't really want to fall and lose all my games.....
On to the losers round it finally went better and threw a lot better than in the group stage....
Last 128 won 3-0.
Last 64. won 3-2.
Last 32. won 3-1.
Last 16 won 3-0.
Quarter-final win 3-1.
Sadly lost 3-1 in the semifinals.
Unfortunately, it was gone in the semifinals.
All in all, it's still nice to throw and I'm satisfied with the result achieved.
Tomorrow Venray open and let's see how far we get there.

Open Merksem.......25-05-2024
Participated in the Open Merksen 2024 on Saturday May 25.
The scoring went beyond all expectations, but the doubles let me down a bit in the group stage.
In the group stage I lost 2 of the 3 matches, which put me in the B round.
Here the doubles finally went better and I eventually ended up in the quarter finals......
Last 64 I had a bye....
Last 32 won 2-0
Last 16 won 2-0
Lost quarter finals 2-1....
A total of 13 x 180 rolled.
2 x a leg in 15 darts.
1 x a leg in 13 darts.
I hope that I can continue this in the next tournament on June 29 and 30 in Westervoort and that the doubles will also be better.

I win all my games in the group and through to the A round
Last 64 I had a bye.
Last 32 won 3-0
Last 16 won 3-2
Unfortunately lost 4-0 in the quarter finals
In the 1st leg, which I started very strongly, I did have chances for doubles, but unfortunately they were just wrong.....
I was able to keep up reasonably well for the rest of the game and always came to a finish but could not win any legs
All in all we played well again and yet another Quarter final.......and this time again in the A round.
On to Saturday May 25 for the open Merksem.
Benelux Darts Masters.......04-05-2024
Last Saturday, May 4, the Benelux Darts Masters was on the program with 101 participants,
Had quite a tough group and only managed to win 1 of my matches 3-2.
This put me in the B round.
Last 32 won 2-1
Last 16 won 2-0
Unfortunately lost 3-0 in the quarter finals
every time on a finish but my opponent threw him out before I got a chance.
All in all we played well again and yet another Quarter final......
On to Sunday.
Open Peelland 2024.......20-04-2024
Saturday, April 20,
the open Peelland was thrown in 't Ridderhof in Gemert.
I win all my games in the group and am through to the winners' round.
I had a bye in the last 64
Last 32 unfortunately lost 3-0...
I couldn't get into my game anymore, but all in all I had a good day and enjoyed throwing...
Pastoor ranking...........17-03-2024
Participated last minute in the Pastoor ranking in Etten-Leur with 40 participants divided into 8 groups of 5 players.
I came 2nd in a group, so I went through to the winners' round.
Won the last 16 with 3-1 against Vincent Nouws
Won the quarter-finals 3-0 against Dave van den Luitgaarden
I beat Umut Ayna 3-1 in the semi-finals
Won the final 5-1 against Joey Smout
1x 180 and a 120 finish in the final.
All in all, it was fun throwing again

Zeeland Darts Masters en Darts Championship........13/14-01-2024
Past weekend I was able to participate in 2 great tournaments at Sterdarts.....
On Saturday 13 -01, the Zeeland Darts Championship men's singles was on the program with 101 participants.The day started well and I won 2 games in the group, which meant I made it through to the A round.Last 64 I win with 3-2Last 32 I win with 3-0Last 16 I lost with 3-1
Still achieved a good result.
The Zeeland Darts Masters Men's Single was on the program on Sunday 14 January with 63 participants.
Today the day started a little less...2 games end in a 3-2 loss and 1 in 3-0.......Today I didn't get into my rhythm and missed just too many doubles to win the game........
unfortunately continues in the B round(which is also just a round by the way).
Immediately I lost the first game of the last 32 with 2-0.
No matter how hard I tried...I couldn't get my arrows to hit the right blocks.
All in all I had a nice weekend and were generally satisfied.
On to the next one on March 2 and 3 and then new opportunities

Asteria new years tournament and Open Venray...5/6/7 - 01 - 2024
Due to illness, a short report from last weekend where I participated in the Asteria New Year's Dart Tournament 2024.
The couples tournament was scheduled for Friday evening with 128 couples.
Participated in this together with my buddy and teammate Rayno Sulkers.
Unfortunately, the (important) doubles did not go our way and we finished 4th in the group.
In the knockout of the B round the scoring went well, but again the doubles did not want to fall So stranded in the last 64.
The Asteria New Year's darts tournament Men's singles was on the menu on Saturday with 256 participants.
Here things went a lot better...both in scoring and doubles and I came 2nd in the group. In the A round of the last 128
I was able to take a leg and make it 2-1. but to make it 2-2 I unfortunately missed 2 arrows on the double which was immediately punished by my opponent who cleared the 3-1 to make.
The Open Venray was on the program on Sunday with 128 participants....
Here I came 1st in the group, so again through in the A round at the last 64,
Only the long weekend started to take its toll and I ended up 2-0 behind by missing some doubles....
Managed to throw me back into the game and make it 2-2....
On the decisive leg my last arrow falls from the double and I therefore lose the game... stranded at the last 64.....
After a long time of ups and downs, I was finally able to throw good and had another fantastic weekend....
Ofcourse, thanks to my wife Priscilla Bogers Van Pelt for supporting me and to Rayno for wanting to pair me up.

The Cuesoul Belfry Open was on the program on Saturday 07-10-2023…..
Last 512 I had a bye.
Last 256 unfortuntely lost from the number 57 of the WDF world rankings.
The Cuesoul Bruges Open was on the program on Sunday….
Last 512 won 4-2 with good play and high scores and finishes.
Last 256 lost 4-3…..in the 1st leg I miss a 110 finish to take a 1-0 lead and end up 3-0 behind.
Fought myself back into the match by throwing twice a 14 darter and a 15 darter.
In the decisive leg the fight was in vain and it all just fell short….
I finally missed the bull to throw out, after which my opponent threw out his leg……
All-in all, 2 good games were thrown and on to the next tournament on November 26 and 26 in Sluis.

Open Merksem was thrown.....with a field of more than 200 players.
In the group I win all my matches, so I was 1st in the group and through into the A round.

Win casino Benelux open 2023...........28/29/30 - 04-2023
Participated in the win casino Benelux open last weekend,
Friday evening 28-04 the mix couple was on the program
Participated with my wife Priscilla.
in the group phase we win 2 of the 3 matches and therefore enter the A round.
here we were scoring well but missed a few doubles in a decisive leg so that unfortunately we lost 3-2 but we ended up in the last 16.

Saturday 29-04 the men's single was on the program,
In the group I win 2 out of 3 matches and because of this I continue in the A round.
Unfortunately lost the last 64 3-2 but i threw well.

Sunday 30-04 the 2nd men's single was on the program,
Win again in the group 2 of the 3 matches so that I am through in the A round again.
here i had at the last 64 a bye and through to the last 32 despite a very good game with high averages lost by missing many doubles (didn't want to succeed).
But extremely satisfied with my game.
All in all we had a great weekend with great results and good play.
on to the next tournament on May 20 and 21.

Saturday, March 4, 2023, the sterkdarts Classic was on the program.
The tournament started at 12:30 PM with a total of 87 men.
In the group I win 2 out of 3 matches and so through to the winners round.
In the last 64 I lose my game 3-1 because I can't get into my game at all.
In the evening, the Sterkdarts Classic couples was on the program.
that I threw together with Patrick Raassens.
The tournament started at 7:30 PM with 44 couples.
We win 2 out of 3 matches in the group and are through to the winner's round.
Last 32 won 3-2
Last 16 lost 3-2.

The Sterkdarts Masters was on the program on Sunday 5 March.
The tournament started at 12:30 pm with 103 men.
In the group I win all my matches and through to the winner's round.

Last 32.......I lost 3-0 against a very strong playing Philip van Grasse.
All in all, I had a great weekend in which I achieved great results and had a good time throwing.
Also with good parties and unfortunately also some lesser parties.

Participated in the Toto Dutch Open Darts,
On Friday evening the couples were on the program.
Last 2048 we had a bye.
Last 1024 won 3-0
Last 512 won 3-0
Last 256 Sheet final...unfortunately lost with 3-1
All in all, fairly well thrown, although it can always be better...
The single tournament was scheduled for Saturday 28-01.
Last 4096 Won 3-1
Last 2048 Won 3-1

Last 256 Sheet final unfortunately lost 3-0.
Unfortunately the barrel was empty in the sheet final.....
I did fight to win it but my opponent was throwing very well and consistently.
All in all a very successful weekend and a successful tournament thrown.

Thrown Dijckerhoek Open today with 162 participants.
In a tough group won 1 game with 3-1 and lost 2 with 3-1..... further in the losers round (B-round).
Last 128, Bye
Last 64, opponent didn't show up.
Last 32, won 3-2
Last 16, unfortunately lost 3-1
Doubles fell a lot better, but missed some here and there.....
All in all satisfied with my game and on to the next one.

Today thrown Venray open , Again the arrows in the group phase did not fall favorably and I lost all my games, I did get chances but did not use them, so back to the losers round......
Last 64 I had a bye.
Last 32 I win 3-1.
Last 16 my opponent does not show up so a win without trowing.
In the quarterfinals I lose 3-0 to a very strong playing Jeffrey Kieft.
Unfortunately eliminated just before the semi-finals, but still had a nice tournament and ended satisfied.
I thank my wife again for her support because without her I wouldn't be here....

Asteria New Year's Dart Tournament 2023 Men's Singles Thrown......
In the group it didn't really want to fall and lose all my games.....
On to the losers round it finally went better and threw a lot better than in the group stage....
Last 128 won 3-0.
Last 64. won 3-2.
Last 32. won 3-1.
Last 16 won 3-0.
Quarter-final win 3-1.
Sadly lost 3-1 in the semifinals.
Unfortunately, it was gone in the semifinals.
All in all, it's still nice to throw and I'm satisfied with the result achieved.
Tomorrow Venray open and let's see how far we get there.

Asteria New Year's Dart Tournament 2023 couples thrown with Eireann van Wijgerden..... A total of 103 couples.
Won 2 matches in the group and lost 1 and advanced to the winner's round.
Last 64 won 3-1 against Quincy Den Boer and Erwin Gomis.
Last 32 lost 3-0 to Daniël Geysendorpher and Luc peters.
Unexpectedly thrown the tournement but still nice to throw.
